Jef's funeral will take place at The Windmills Green Burial Ground on the 9th of November 2023 at 11:30 am.

Jef didn't want his funeral to be a sombre or formal gathering, so wear what you feel comfortable in, whether that's your best outfit, your goth finery, or a cute cat t-shirt!

That said, please note that although part of the service will be under cover, this is an outdoor site and it's November, so dress warmly and wear sensible footwear!

Some practical notes...

Bathroom facilities: I know that some of you will be travelling a long way to join us, so I wanted to make you aware that there are no permanent toilets at the Windmills. There will be a portaloo available to use, but you might want to plan to break your journey if you prefer more comfort for your comfort break. 

Roadworks: If you're coming from Milton Keynes, there are currently roadworks closing Ashton Road from the A508 towards The Windmills. The suggested route is to approach from Roade, though there are also roadworks on the direct route between the A508 and Roade. Do check https://one.network/ for latest updates, and leave plenty of time for your journey.
